Office Coordinator

We are looking for Office Coordinator to join our Skinnydip Head Office Team. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for office coordination and will possess a natural ability to be proactive in a rapidly growing accessories business. You must have extensive office support experience, previous experience within a retail head office would be highly advantageous. A warm and approachable personality, paired with a “can do” attitude, you will have effective conflict resolution skills and must be comfortable with a fast paced and service led environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the coordination of outgoing and incoming deliveries, UPS, FedEx and internal business transfers. Sorting and distribution of mail and deliveries.
  • Setting up meeting rooms with supporting materials, refreshments and tech support if required.
  • Managing meeting room booking system, authorizing requests, handling any conflicts.
  • Front of House, manage intercom, meeting & greeting external visitors, making them feel welcome and comfortable, providing refreshments and notifying the relevant Head Office staff of their arrival, escorting them to them to their designated meeting room.
  • Actively monitoring inbound calls, screening calls as required and communicating with internal staff to effectively direct business calls.
  • Replenishment of office supplies, stationary and beverages. Restocking kitchens and restrooms with essentials.
  • Office maintenance, overseeing any works to be completed in the office such as decoration or the maintenance of office equipment.
  • Managing new starters entry to business, arranging computers, desks and stationary.
  • Communicating company cleaning rotas and any internal housekeeping communications which need to be issued.
  • Responsible for supporting any office desk moves or IT queries.
  • Assisting with Customer Service department when required. Resolving customer issues within initial communications, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ad-hoc admin or customer related admin tasks.
  • Conducting weekly health & safety checks, fire tests and maintenance checks.
  • Maintaining accurate records and noting trends with enquires.
  • Conducting weekly office socials, preparing refreshments for ‘Wine Time’.
  • Supporting HR to plan and execute company socials.

What we need from you?

  • Experience in resolving customer requests and enquiries is essential.
  • A strong communicator, effectively communicating both verbally and in writing to external contacts and internal stakeholders in the business.
  • Direct experience in an Office Coordination/ Front of House role.
  • First Aid/ Fire Safety trained would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of a retail business advantageous.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously and comfortable prioritising your to-do list.
  • Confidence in navigating multiple I.T systems.
  • Available to work flexible to work shifts when necessary.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join Skinnydip! We are looking for a talented individual to join and lead the Customer Service team. You will be responsible for a small team and you will oversee all customer communications, managing returns and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands on day to day leadership and support to the Customer Service team to enable them to effectively support customer requirements and demand.
  • Provide training and guidance to a team of customer service representatives encouraging them to work to the best of their ability whilst delivering a high standard of customer service.
  • Going above and beyond for customers to improve customer experience with Skinnydip to encourage repeat visitors – thinking creatively about ways to optimise all customer experiences.

What we need from you?

  • Experience running a small team of Customer Service Representatives, responsible for their, training and development.
  • Extensive understanding of Customer Service CRM systems and programmes.
  • Outstanding written/email skills; able to write content and communicate in a clear, well-written style in keeping with Skinnydip brand guidelines.
  • Excellent oral/telephone communication and inter-personal skills; able to form effective relationships with customers and employees.
  • Additional languages advantageous.
  • Ability to effectively handle all types of customer enquiry from product assistance to complaints.

Influencer Outreach Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Influencer Outreach Coordinator to join our PR, Social & Events team. Reporting directly to the PR, Social & Events Manager to discover growth opportunities for social and influencer collaborations which support the Skinnydip brand. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in a similar role, creating new and maintaining existing relationships with influencers should come second nature.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, cultivate and maintain meaningful relationships with a broad spectrum of influencers across all channels.
  • Manage all gifting activity and outreach to new and existing influencers.
  • Build long term relationships with key online influencers, bloggers and models to encourage further content exposure.
  • Assist in the daily management of talent, reaching out to up-and-coming influencers and ensuring all documentation is kept up to date.
  • Execute paid content and partnerships from initial outreach, negotiation and final execution.
  • Project manage influencer partnerships and activity to ensure plans are completed on time and within an established budget.
  • Support the development of and manage the day to day duties of the Press & Outreach Assistant and PR intern.
  • Work with the Social, PR & Events Manager to generate marketing ideas, content strategy and creative content across all areas of the business.

Planning & Analysis

  • Create & plan influencer strategy to increase brand awareness, social engagement and website traffic.
  • Daily monitoring and tracking of all influencer coverage across channels ensuring all content is documented.

Communication

What we need from you?

  • Exposure to client meetings.

Imagery & Content Manager

We are looking for an Imagery & Content Manager to join our growing Ecommerce team to enhance and deliver our digital content. Reporting directly into the Head of Ecommerce, you will be responsible for managing our Graphic Design and Photography teams, as well as overseeing a Junior Copywriter. You will comfortable devising strategy, whilst simultaneously delivering multiple projects and communicating with numerous department heads in order to create brand appropriate content for the Skinnydip customer. It will be your duty to ensure our content is refined, commercially aware and at all times upkeeps our brand message and tone of our voice. 

Responsibilities:

  • Line management across departments including photography and graphic design.
  • Help develop the brand guidelines and editorial standards.
  • Ensure all creative outputs are consistent in look, feel and tone of voice across all channels whilst remaining true to the Skinnydip Brand.
  • Manage resources, whether in house or freelance, to ensure creative projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Investigate new ways of engaging with our target audiences and create relevant, dynamic content.
  • Ensuring content is repurposed for different mediums and different channels.

Imagery:

  • Work with the Photography team to review product imagery, ensuring the product imagery best supports the product and help identify additional photography required to maximise online trading.
  • Work with the social team to create, review and manage imagery that is going onto the social media platforms ensuring it is on brand and to the highest quality.
  • Photoshoot management including ownership of critical path, budget, art direction & sign off processes of all photography from Commerce to Campaign.
  • Video shoot management including ownership of critical path, budget, art direction & sign off processes of all videography.
  • Creation of entertaining and informative video content for site and social.
  • Create and maintain a yearly shoot calendar ensuring all creative shoots are scheduled in advance and assets are delivered in time for launch.
  • Plan all logistical elements for shoots in both the UK and abroad.
  • Develop and deliver the creative and editorial content strategy for Skinnydip.
  • Review seasonal concept ideas, models, locations and photographers that reflect the direction of the individual collection or collaboration.
  • Create resource decks for all shoots in advance and ensure everything is signed off by senior management.
  • Ensure we are managing all imagery correctly including imagery sizing, naming conventions and storage.
  • Manage the seasonal and yearly photography budget.
  • Handle all billing and accounting for creative photography assets.

Graphics:

  • Work with the Graphics team to review all output work, ensuring this has been produced relevant to its desired effect.
  • Management of critical path for all graphics work, particularly for collaborations or launch of projects.
  • Ensuring that all graphics are consistent across platforms and channels.
  • Run brainstorming sessions to share new perspectives and ideas to help create a strong end result.
  • Work closely with the Digital marketing team to deliver compelling and effective customer communication.

Communication: 

  • Liaise with PR & Social, Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Merchandising to support on content delivery as and when required.
  • Manage relationships with third party suppliers including production and editing.
  • Constant communication with direct reports from Graphic Design and Photography in order to provide clear briefs and creative support.

 Research & Awareness:

  • Utilise knowledge of the competitor landscape and available insight and analytics to inform decision making.
  • Continue to identify emerging photographers, models and hair/make-up artists to ensure we are remaining on trend and on brand.

What we need from you?

  • Degree educated in a relative creative field.
  • Proven experience delivering curated digital content in an ecommerce environment – women’s accessories would be preferable but not a prerequisite.
  • Advanced relationship skills are vital within this role, you will liaise with directors and senior stakeholders internally, external partners and freelancers.
  • Experience leading and motivating a team is essential for this position.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the Skinnydip customer, paired with the ability to curate assets suitable for our demographic and substantial social following.
  • Experience working in shoot production/coordination would be advantageous.
  • Experience in managing social/graphic assets in accordance with marketing calendars would be equally beneficial.
  • Executing the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously whilst supporting your team should come second nature.
  • Advanced knowledge of CMS is required for this role.
  • Experience within a multi-channel retail business is highly advantageous.

Product Development Admin Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic Product Development Admin Assistant to join our growing Design department, reporting directly into our Head of Design. You will be assisting the design team with day to day tasks and working alongside them to help develop the ranges.

Responsibilities:

  • Inputting data regarding SKUs, costing and RRPs from designer’s sample lists onto the master spreadsheet.
  • Chasing suppliers for cost prices and inputting data.
  • Negotiating and chasing cost prices from suppliers and inputting data.
  • Maintain the collection of samples for the department, ensuring product samples are received on time, are logged and returned or disposed of as necessary.
  • Responsible for the email sign off procedure and ensuring products are handed to the correct departments.
  • Administer the quality control process and liaise with the Design department, highlighting any quality issues with sampled product to the team.
  • Manage the Skinnydip critical path, highlighting any issues to the Head of Design and Head of Merchandising and implement any according adjustments.
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively between the Designers, Production, Merchandising and Suppliers with product updates and changes.
  • Supporting the merchandising and design team with any overflow admin work.
  • To be a problem solver. Find issues immediately and sorting the problems out yourself.
  • To be able to give clear direction to other team members when delegating work.
  • Flexible to travel when required.

You will be an expert in creating trend setting gifts, homeware, stationary and accessories. Senior Sales Account Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Account Manager to join our growing production team.

The focus of this role is to manage the Skinnydip’s Key Accounts and support our team of Account Managers. This is a varied role that will involve you dealing directly with the retailers, helping to manage the growth of the business by maintaining key existing relationships and forging new relationships through expert business development. For this role, it is essential that you are extremely organised and have a positive personality. You will be enthusiastic and self-starting, this role would suit an experienced Account Manager, looking for their next challenge supporting a growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate directly to key retail customers with a professional and helpful demeanour.
  • Nurture and develop existing accounts both domestically and internationally.
  • Managing customer POs from the moment they have been received until they have been delivered and invoiced.
  • Ensuring that the Account Managers are compliant with company procedure, driving sales and that all their deliveries are completed on time.
  • Responsible for the verification of all lines that the Account Management team has in production are followed up with the factories.
  • Monitoring that all the customers are kept up to date on the status of their orders.
  • Working closely with the Production & Design team, to keep updated on the Skinnydip ranges production and development.
  • Manage existing customer base ensuring they are up to date with bestsellers, new products and exclusive lines on offer in order to maximise potential sales.
  • Assisting the team with any product queries or lines that customers require resolutions to.
  • Maximising the revenue of the brand working directly and indirectly with the Buyers on range selection, visual merchandising to increase sales and sell through rates.
  • Management of range selection and negotiation with customers.
  • Responsible for the training and development of Account Managers.
  • Managing team performance reviews, sickness and attendance.
  • Communication with senior stakeholders across the business, attending internal and external meetings when necessary.
  • Daily reporting into the Director responsible of Sales / Account Management & Production

 What we need from you?

  • 4+ years of Sales and Account Management experience, preferably within a fashion retailer.
  • Experience leading a team of Junior/Account Managers highly advantageous.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of design & production procedures and the complete product life cycle.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of supplier relationships.
  • Excellent telephone manner, outstanding vocabulary skills.
  • Exceptional organisation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office package – especially Excel and Power point
