It goes without saying that here at Skinnydip we love THE WHITEPEPPER (and the gorgeous gals behind it). We met the East London brand while in Berlin and we dig their style. TWP is a super cool clothing brand that you need to get to know. From cute polka dot ‘Angel’ dresses to super luxe coats and jackets TWP offer classic pieces with a quirky edge. They have just launched their new autumn/winter collection ‘Fry Up’ which is firm fave so far. Printed fried egg two pieces sit next to bean-embroidered blazers and believe us it still keeps its sleek aesthetic with that added fun element.

We caught up with the lovely Yeon (TWP Creative Director) below...

Who are you and what do you do?
I'm Yeon you, Creative Director at TWP

What influences your work?
I love vintage, Japanese & Korean traditional styles (anything Asian) and am always looking at random people on the streets, street style is a massive source of inspiration to me! 

How would you describe the space that you work in?
Right now it's very messy! We're in the process of moving, and this time next week we'll be working from a beautiful converted railway arch in East London... Can't wait!  

How would you sum up a WHITEPEPPER girl?
Our girl is a cool, city girl with an eye for unique design.

What’s keeping you busy at the moment?
I'm crazy busy (as ever!); we just launched our Autumn 14 and AW14 bag collections, and I'm currently working with our design team to complete our Winter 14 and party collections, plus planning and shooting our new lookbooks and editorials for Issue 4 of TWP Magazine! 

What has been the biggest highlight of THE WHITEPEPPER story so far?
To celebrate THE WHITEPEPPER's second birthday we held a birthday party and press evening, it was so great to see all the people we've met and worked with over the years together in one room! So much fun! 

What’s your favourite product to date?
Always our Angel Dress! 

What piece of clothing could you not live without?
Chunky heels! I’m 5’2 and my hubby is 6’4… I'm gonna be in my chunky heels for the rest of my life. 

Any style tips?
Always go with Socks! Even with sandals… THE WHITEPEPPER tip is alllllways to add a socks to add an edge to styling. 

What is your favourite piece from your current collection?
Bean Embroidery Suit Twin Set! Or Egg Print Shift Dress, can't decide! 

Where do you see THE WHITEPEPPER in the future?
We just want to keep working as hard as we do and keep growing and growing, taking THE WHITEPPEPER all over the world!

Sneak onto airplanes and travel over the world!
