We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Intern to work in a fast paced HR department. Ideally you will have experience in Recruitment or in fashion/retail looking to further understand the Human Resources Industry.

What will you be doing?

• Supporting on recruitment processes across Retail, Head Office and Warehousing. 
• Shadowing in interviews, making notes. 
• Following right to work check processes. 
• Recruitment Admin - invites, interview scheduling and referencing.
• Posting job adverts – LinkedIn/ Indeed/ Website.
• Screening CV’s and forwarding to Hiring Managers.
• Support with assessment days. 
• Learning how to handle confidential data.
• Assist with talent sourcing/ head hunting across multiple recruitment platforms.

What do we need from you?

• Interest in HR & Recruitment.
• Self motivated and resilient.
• Ability to spot talent and opportunities for research.
• Professional level of verbal and written communication. 
• Comfortable interacting with all levels of seniority across the business.
• Proficient in using all Microsoft packages.
