It's the most anticipated evening in British music - and a night where we see our fave celebs get a bit boozy and behave a bit badly on national television. Yes, tonight is the BRIT Awards! Whilst we love the performances and the awards, it's the FASHUNNN we care about the most!
So here are our top five most ICONIC outfits of BRIT awards, let us know what your fave have been!
GERI IN THAT DRESS
Girl Power exploded onto the Brit Awards stage back in 1997 (WTF?!) when Geri Halliwell wore THAT Union Jack dress. Later described as a 'tea towel sewn onto a black dress', who knew a tea towel would be so iconic?!
MADONNA AND THE CAPE INCIDENT
The entire British population held their breath as the Queen of Pop fell down the stairs during her performance, being pulled backwards by her extravagant cape. Sky Plus has never been needed so much as we ALL rewound the moment a gazillion times. RIP to the dancer who pulled Madge back.
GAGA BEING...GAGA
Whilst Lady Gaga favours a dusty cowboy hat and denim shorts these days, back in the day she was PEAK Gaga at the Brits. With huge candyfloss hair, lace covering her bod, and interpretative dancing, this was the moment we KNEW Gaga wasn't your run of the mill pop star in a pretty dress.
KATE MOSS HONOURING THE STARMAN
To honour the late, great David Bowie, Kate Moss strutted onto the Brit Awards stage wearing his Ziggy Stardust outfit - prompting a generation of Mossy fans to scour the Topshop website looking for this fab vintage playsuit only to be disappointed. SUCH a look.
JESS GLYNNE MAKIN' A STATEMENT
The green suit matched with the wild, red hair got a huge YAAS from us. A strong, bold look for an even stronger woman with a crazy voice. We loved it!
