Let us introduce you to our blogger of the month for September, the totally gorge AJ Odudu! AJ is a blogger, fitness fanatic, DJ and TV presenter and we have no idea how this girl fits it all in! Did we forget to mention we totally lust over her style? We caught up with the lovely AJ on everything from fashion to fitness...

How did you start blogging?
I've been documenting my love affairs with  fitness, music and fashion on my website right after I finished presenting Big Brothers Bit On The Side on channel 5 a couple of years ago but never updated it and eventually abandoned it. It was just a few months ago that I gave blogging another whirl and I'm really enjoying it. I got this awesome design company called 100 Shapes to re-design and build my website so that it looked good was easier for me to update daily and then voila! AJODUDU.COM was reborn. It's my own little space on the internet where I fuse the worlds of work and well being together and share my London (and sometimes global) escapades. And as it still includes all things fitness, fashion and music, there's something for everyone.

Describe your personal style
The best way to describe my personal style is: versatile. I’m naturally attracted to various looks and concepts and I have rocked everything from biker boots and studs to floral print and leather. I have a weakness for bold prints and bright colours and I shop at various retailers that offer quality for affordable prices but am always ready to splurge on items I create in my imagination. I'm currently looking for a warm, bright, full-length and tailored coat for the colder months that lie ahead. It must have internal and exterior pockets, be able to be unzipped at the waist to make shorter and that also comes in camel colour so that I can wear that too. Needless to say I've not seen anything that matches that description. Send help!

What AW trends are you looking forward to?
I hear red is the colour of the season and I can't wait. Bring on 50 Shades of red!

Which high st brand would you recommend for sportswear?
I lead a super active lifestyle and have been lucky enough to shoot campaigns recently with both Nike and Adidas, two brands I've known and loved for years, so definitely them. Roxy and Victoria Secrets have great colours and shapes, Lorna Jane, Lulu Lemon and Sweaty Betty have amazing leggings and Primark stay up to date with all fitness trends, with a really affordable price tag so I'd even recommend them too.

If you could raid someones wardrobe, whose would it be?
Errr if you could please send me all of Solange Knowles's and Rihanna's clothes along with Olivia Palermo's shoes please? That would be great. Thank you!

Whats your fave Skinnydip item?
Hands down it's the Emoji Cross over bag. So fun! The perfect size for all my essentials and an item that just by looking at it, makes me smile. What's not to love? Plus, I created an Emoji workout as part of an event I hosted for Juicy Couture earlier this year https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NSHn2JUONB0 so it's like me and the bag were meant to be together. Dream!

Any fitness advice for starting to get fit?
Start today. Start right now. Finish reading this and run on the spot for 60 seconds, do 20 star jumps, check out a load of fitness videos on YouTube and shake a leg! People over think getting into fitness but it's so much fun when you get into the swing of things. As I said you can begin with at home workouts, turn it up a notch by attending a fitness class with your mate and then before you know it, you'll be looking forward to your weekly run clubs and post workout healthy brunches with mates. It's so addictive because it makes you feel so good. Join the fit fam!

If you were invisible for a day you would...
Sneak into Buckingham Palace! I wonder if I'd catch the Queen watching Eastenders dressed in a onesie, whilst eating burgers and chips and cybersalking people's pet pugs on Instagram. Imagine that!
